GLASS MEASUREMENT SUBMISSION FORM
Enter your contact information, project address, glass specifications, and measurements for each piece or opening. Please include as much information as possible, such as the glass type, width, height, quantity, spacer color, grid details, and any special requirements. You can add notes if there is anything else our team should know before preparing your estimate.
Before submitting the form, please double-check all measurements and specifications for accuracy. Unless clearly stated otherwise, measurements should be provided in inches. If you are entering fractional measurements, please write them clearly, such as 35 1/2 inches or 47 3/8 inches.
Once submitted, your information will be sent directly to Glass Factory USA for review. Our team will look over the details, contact you if anything needs clarification, and provide pricing or next-step recommendations based on the information you submitted.
